Volunteer: 2026 Arc Gala - Volunteer Opportunities

The 2026 Arc Gala is Saturday, March 7th, 2026 and we need your help!

The Arc Gala will be held at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis. Volunteers are needed 4:30pm - 10:30pm to assist with tasks such as registration, coat check, administration of games, live auction spotting, silent auction support and others. Funding from the 2026 Arc Gala will support the mission of The Arc and raise funds for adaptive sports and leisure-related equipment and resources. Many individiduals with disabilities are excluded from these types of activities due to cost, lack of adaptable equipment and accessibility barriers.

Through our work, The Arc is:

Connecting people with adaptive resources Providing peer support and community connections Reducing financial barriers to sports and leisure opportunities Assisting with adaptive equipment and accommodations such as sports wheelchairs, accessible skiing, and adaptive gaming controllers

The Arc's Director of Volunteer Resources will place individuals in specific tasks unless otherwise specified.  As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in our Gala's success. We ask volunteers be flexible, if possible, with their placement as changes may occur the night of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

A light meal will be provided to all volunteers along with parking validation. Together, we can make Minnesota a more inclusive and equitable place for all.  Thank you for your willingness to volunteer!

Questions or concerns, please contact Michelle Theisen at or (952) 915-3670.  Hope to have you there!
