Arc’s Value Village thrift stores are a revenue generating and public awareness vehicle for The Arc Minnesota. Arc's Value Village accepts clothing, housewares, art, media, books and related items. We then sell those items to the community.
Volunteers support The Arc mission when they volunteer, shop and donate at Arc's Value Village. Proceeds from our stores help fund our goal to co-create a welcoming world for people with disabilities.
Alongside disabled leaders, The Arc fights against isolation, segregation and poverty. We engage in individual advocacy, systems change and social change to ensure all people have access, belonging and justice. The Arc helps people navigate systems while working to advance social change centered in justice, equity and belonging in community.
Volunteer shifts are available daily and tasks are retail oriented. Individual volunteer shifts are from 10am - 12pm, 1pm - 3pm or 4pm - 6pm. Sign up as often or as frequent as you like.
Groups can schedule volunteer shifts of 2-3 hours any time between 10am - 6pm. We ask for a 2-4 week notice depending on the size of the group.

Arc’s Value Village welcomes youth volunteers ages 8 years and older. Youth aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 6 youths to 1 adult. This is for everyone's safety.
