Internships

The Arc Minnesota involves interns in all aspects of the organization to create lasting change for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.  We do this by incorporating the skills, experiences, talents and expertise of the community to maximize and compliment what staff bring to the organization.

The Arc has an internship opportunity just for you.  Come intern with us and share your skills, talents and perspectives.  We will also help you grow professionally and personally.

Interns are crucial in supporting The Arc's mission and helping us achieve our goals.  Internships are available in human resources, public policy, community outreach, help desk, marketing, philanthropy and more.  Internships are term based with terms being 12-15 weeks in length. 

The Arc's internships are also flexible, can be customized to meet your needs and done remotely.  That way georgraphy and transportation will not be a barrier.  The Arc's internships can be done for academic credit and include a stipend each term.

You can also upload a resume to your volunteer profile on this site.  To do so, complete the following steps:

• Go to the Dashboard Tab (left side of the screen)
• Click on View your full Volunteer Resume (on the right side of the screen)
• Click on My Profile
• Click on My Files
• Click the Blue + Add File button (on the right side of the screen)
• Click the Blue Upload Button
• Upload your resume
